At the start of the pandemic, many archives were shut down or moved to reduced public service hours that impacted their ability to handle research requests. A year later, many archives are still closed to the public or are operating under unusual conditions, but archivists are still finding ways to help researchers.

Join staff members from several units of the National Archives and Records Administration and from the Alabama Department of Archives and History as they discuss the services they've been able to provide to researchers during the pandemic, what changes they've made in their processes, what they've learned along the way that might affect future services.
