Pocket Response Plan™ PReP™

04-20-2021 11:48 AM

"The Pocket Response Plan™ (PReP™) is a concise document for recording essential information needed by staff in case of a disaster or other emergency." The PReP plan is a printable template that can be customized according to institution and individual staff member. Side one is a directory listing that prompts the user to fill in job titles and phone numbers for relevant "staff, first responders, emergency services, utilities, vendors and suppliers, disaster teams, and other essential individuals and agencies." Side two lists an emergency checklist, or "an organized list of those actions that each individual should take in the first 24 to 72 hours following a disaster." The plan is intended to be portable and to supplement an institution's existing disaster plan.
