Standards and procedures for the state of Texas in regards to electronic records. Includes definitions to set common language, minimum requirements for electronic state records, and additional requirements for archival-permanent-vital electronic state records. Information is also provided on how to transfer records to the state archives and the Uniform Electronic Transaction Act (UETA).
