CoSA Travel Reimbursement Policy

PLEASE NOTE: The CoSA Board of Directors just updated the policy for 2024. Updates apply to any travel to the September 2024 Annual Meeting in St. Louis, MO. The current membership policy states the following travel fund benefits:

  • Sustainer/Level 1 ($5000)
    • 2 complimentary registrations
    • Up to $1800 travel stipend (attendance requirements forthcoming)
  • Contributor/Level 2 ($3025) and other paid levels
    • 1 complimentary registration
    • Option to apply for travel stipends

Funds are available through the IMLS to support one attendee from the project partners of the AWARE grant, and those benefits are being communicated directly with the participants.
