Guidelines for Microfilming Public Records (MO)

Website that links to various guidelines for microfilming public records including a guidelines document, templates for targets, and sample forms.  Also links to related guidelines to follow if you want the Missouri State Archives to accept the microfilm in the future.  The guideline document includes information on when to microfilm, types of programs, technical guidelines, quality control, legal requirements, preparation for microfilming, targets, microfilm box labeling, and sample targets, other standards and guidelines in the appendixes.
