    The Indiana Archives and Records Administration (IARA) is hiring a Program Director who will be dedicated to achieving one of IARA's core goals to "cultivate outreach and educational opportunities that enhance the agency's impact and relevancy." The incumbent will need to prioritize and simultaneously manage multiple projects and follow through on issues in a timely manner. The position will identify the audiences of the Indiana State Archives. The program director develops and implements annual and long-range plans for programs and special projects that engage Indiana State Archives' audiences. Programming and projects could include physical and virtual exhibit development, blogging, e-newsletters, lectures, workshops and symposia. Some of these projects may involve working with external partners and vendors. The incumbent will also serve as the State Historical Records Advisory Board coordinator including writing grants and coordinating the board's activities.
