At the Wyoming State Archives, we have been using Gimmal Physical (previously Infolinx) at our records center for over 10 years. We use is exclusively for paper records. I think it is easy to use, especially for those people who are used to databases. Many aspects are customizable and the company is good about making sure everything is set up they way you want it before they turn you loose and are quick to respond when there are additional questions. Disposition approval reports that show boxes potentially eligible for destruction are easy to run. I would be happy to answer any questions you might have regarding how we use the software.

Subject: Physical inventory software
The Oklahoma State Archive is looking for options to upgrade our physical inventory software and I'm curious to hear what other states are using. The OSA operates a records center for state agencies with more than 35,000 cubic feet of paper records with varying retention periods.
What are you using?
Thank you!
