Our theme is "Love is in the Air"
We hope that you will share what you really love about your job - either what you knew you would love when you were hired to the position (perhaps things you learned at I-School...) Perhaps the thing you love about your job is something that you just happened on to since you've been working - you never expected to like this thing/project but it has grown on you and now you love it. You might also consider sharing any tools or programs that you really love using in your job (but maybe didn't expect to...)
Naturally, the converse of love is hate - so we may also have to talk about what we really hate about our jobs and brainstorm ideas to make the situation better. Again, we could also talk about tools or programs that are frustrating us - we're looking to break up with them and move on to a new relationship with another.
