The successful candidate will work in the Records Services section at the DE State Archives (Dover), developing and managing digitization projects for audiovisual/time-based media material, providing quality control, and ensuring that standards and best practices are followed. This position is further responsible for implementing procedures for digital collections care and management, creating metadata, designing workflows, and identifying and testing tools and software to increase the unit's capabilities to provide access. They will also participate in an upcoming data migration to ArchivEra.
