Hello CoSA Community,
We are delighted to announce that we've opened our registration for the 2024 CoSA Annual Meeting in St. Louis, September 18-20. Our program planning committee is in the process of reaching out to those who submitted proposals for the conference, and we expect to announce our preliminary schedule by the end of the month. In the meantime, we continue to add more details about the conference program as we have them to our Annual Meeting site.

On Friday, we reached out individually to our primary contacts making the same announcement and to distribute unique coupon codes for complimentary registrations for eligible member institutions. Those primary contacts will be determining how to distribute those codes. As a reminder, anyone who works at one of our 56 member institutions should take advantage of the member registration rate ($150 Early / $195 Advance), so we hope this will encourage as many of our CoSA Community to attend the meeting as possible. Once we've confirmed our preliminary program, we'll send a special Annual Meeting announcement as an eblast. If you know others who may be interested in our conference, they are invited to join us at the non-member rate, September 18-19 (Friday, September 20 will be a members-only program day).
As a reminder, we have a number of travel awards available, so don't miss the application deadline of May 17.
As you explore the schedule, you might note that our Annual Business meeting is nowhere to be found. In order to make that as accessible to the broadest range of our members as possible and to make the best use of our time together in person, the Board has decided to hold a virtual business meeting on Thursday, August 1, 2024 at 3:00pm Eastern | 12:00pm Pacific. More details, including our full business meeting packet, will be shared according to our bylaws.
