    What kind of boxes do you use for records storage (specifically for a records center)? We required this 12x15x10 foldable box:

    However, contracts have changed, and we are no longer using the supply company that provided this box. We're looking for something similar to this box. Please tell me your thoughts on boxes.

    Hi Cathrine,

      We have a custom box on inventory with Office Depot for our State Records Center. Agencies purchase these themselves using the item number. They are 15x12x10 and have a pre-printed label template on one end (although these days most use a printer label) and a one-piece design with flap closure to avoid loose or lost lids.

    We get our cubic ft. record center boxes from the Paige Company.  They are custom printed on the sides and we put barcode labels on the ends.  We have been ordering from them for years.
