Guidelines for Managing Electronic Records in Kentucky

This group of materials is provided by the Kentucky Department for Libraries and Archives and provides information on how archival electronic records are managed. Guides are provided on how records may be received and how to acknowledge that receipt, how to rename folders/files, and information on metadata conventions used in Preservica. Guidelines include: Archival Electronic Records Submitted via Email; Archival Electronic Records Submitted via Physical Media; Archival Electronic Records Acquired via Web Harvesting; Receipt Conventions; Folder Name Formatting Conventions; File Name Formatting Conventions; File Name Formatting Procedures; Metadata Conventions; and Photograph Description Field Conventions.
