Assessment of Emails for Permanent Retention Part 1

This form is the first of a series of 3 that were sent to state agency CROs to identify Capstone email accounts for permanent retention. It was developed for the State Archives of NC by our records analysts, building from guidance and forms created by NARA.

These forms were sent to CROs in the spring of 2016 as part of the TOMES grant. They continue to be sent to agency CROs annually in advance of our annual state CRO meeting.
