Information Systems Planning Process -- Strong, Dynamic, and Inclusive

This report provides an overview of the State of Tennessee Information Systems Planning Process. It includes a description of the process, including length of time in duration and stakeholders. Also included are sections on the relative significance to the improvement of the operation of government; benefits realized by service recipients, taxpayers, agency or state; and, return on investment.

This report was the recipient of the 2004 National Association of State Chief Information Officers (NASCIO) State IT Recognition Award for the State IT Management Initiatives category.
