I have worked at the New York State Archives since June of 1990. I have served in a number of positions at the Archives, including Records Advisory Officer, providing records management advisory services and training to local governments, and as head of our grants administration unit. In this capacity I over saw New York State's Local Government Records Management Improvement grant program, which has awarded over $250 million to local governments since 1990. I am currently the Director of Government Records Services for the New York State Archives. Since February of 2023, I have been serving as interim State Archivist with my colleague Monica Gray, who is Director of Archival Services.
