The State Archives Job Board is a complimentary benefit for CoSA member institutions at any membership level. Job openings should be connected in some way to the work of state and territorial archives and/or records management.
To post your job:
- Join the Job Board community. If you have questions about your community profile, contact info@statearchivists.org.
- The subject line should be structured as follows:
- [State/Territorial Archive: Position title, City, State/Territory]
- In the body of the message, include as applicable:
- The position description (either a link out or copied text)
- The salary/wage rate
- Whether the position is term or permanent
- The application close date
- Contact information for questions
As always, feel free to cross post the position announcement in any other existing CoSA Community. CoSA staff does not maintain current openings; please check dates to see which job postings are still open.
