Some CoSA Members Eligible for Training Reimbursements

2021 Events/Training Reimbursable for members who pay CoSA Base dues amount (as of 4/29/2021)

CoSA member institutions that pay at least the base dues amount of $2,750 are eligible to receive up to half of their CoSA dues payment to fund training or conference attendance for state archives staff from the following list of training approved by the CoSA Board of Directors.

Prior to registering for any SAA or NAGARA training, contact Lisa Johnston for information on how to register. For other events, contact Lisa for approval to be reimbursed by CoSA, register for the event, and then use the CoSA Reimbursement Form after the meeting/conference/program.

CoSA is not able to approve payment for training until CoSA receives a dues payment or purchase order number.

AAM Annual Meeting – May 24, June 7-9 ($235/member rate; $345/non-member)

AASLH - AASLH/Arkansas Museums Association 2021 Annual Meeting, Little Rock, September 22-25; AASLH 2021 Online Conference, October 12-15. (cost varies, $350)

ARMA - ARMA InfoCon 202, October 17-20, 2021, hybrid (Houston and online), various rates, $199 - $699

DigiPres (NDSA conference), November 4

The DLF Forum: November 1-3; Digital Preservation 2021: Embracing Digitality: November 4; Learn@DLF workshop series: November 8-10 (cost not yet announced)

EveryLibrary Institute – online Premium webinars - $50-100

NAGARA online forums – quarterly $49 members, $99 non-members

NEDCC

MER – May online - $495 government rate

SAA Annual Meeting – August - online $199. States may register up to 7 staff members for the SAA Annual Meeting, if not using funds at any other training events.

SAA workshops and online courses - ongoing (any – various costs), $100-$500
