Part 2: Construction phase

MAY 18 | 12:30 - 4:30 PM Eastern

The Council of State Archivists’ State Electronic Records Initiative (SERI) is excited to announce its first annual virtual Unconference, SERI STEER (State & Territory Excellence in Electronic Records). This event will feature attendee-led discussions on current aspects of managing electronic records in state and territorial archives, with tracks for

  • Records Management,
  • Appraisal and Description, and
  • Digitization and Access.
Attendees will finish the time with a “capstone” discussion on the challenges of email through a lens of lessons learned from the CoSA PREPARE Grant.

Please save the date for Thursday, May 18 from 12:30 PM EST/9:30 AM PST to 4:30 PM EST/1:30 PM PST for this free discussion that’s sure to bring archivists together and help us answer some of our most pressing questions about electronic records management. While community notes and resources will be shared post-event, STEER will not be recorded.
