In addition to the topics we listed on the survey questionnaire, respondents
listed the following under "Other" training that they would
like to receive. The topics mentioned most frequently are listed
first (followed by the number of respondents mentioning that topic), with
other topics listed alphabetically thereafter.

--As I'm a beginner, I need to learn EVERYTHING I can, hence the 3's
