Responses from each distribution source

The NFACE Survey of Individuals was distributed in a variety of ways: as handouts at professional association annual meetings, to focus groups held at professional meetings and by SHRABs, and through mailings to SHRAB constituent groups in the states. Each form was coded to show the distribution source. The following list the total number of responses received from each.
