The headquarters hotel for the meeting is the Westin Peachtree Plaza, in Atlanta, Georgia.
- The CoSA Work Session will be held on Wednesday afternoon, July 23, 2:00-6:00 pm.
- The CoSA Business Meeting will be held Friday morning, July 25, 8:00-10:00 am.
- Attendance at the Work Session and CoSA Business Meeting is required for anyone requesting reimbursement from CoSA for travel expenses.

The annual meeting will be preceeded by the FEMA-funded IPER Project Summit Conference, Mon, July 21-Tues, July 22, 2008.
