Timetable for IPER Summit follow-up

The IPER Leadership Teams from each state and territory are asked to target the following dates for specific follow-up tasks.

By August 15, 2008:
Respond to the IPER Project Technology Survey

Survey responses can be submitted online or sent to Verna Edwards, IPER Curriculum Coordinator by fax, email, or surface mail (see contact information).

The purposes and intended outcome of the following tasks are described in the "Next Steps: After the Summit" worksheet distributed at the conference. IPER staff will provide additional details as each deadline approaches. We encourage state and territorial teams to contact IPER staff with any questions or concerns.

By September 15, 2008:
Assemble the Instructional Team and report names and contact information to IPER Staff

By November 15, 2008:
First submissions of information for inclusion in each state's section of the Resource Center are due

By January 15, 2009:
Begin to cross-train Instructional Team members

By March 15, 2009:
Develop a promotion plan
